UK delivery costs £6 per order. The delivery charge is shown in your bag and at checkout.
Next-day dispatch
We dispatch orders the next day, Monday to Saturday. We do not dispatch on Sundays: when the next day is Sunday, dispatch moves to Monday.
Dispatch is when your order leaves us, not when it arrives. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
Cancellations and returns
For standard products ordered online, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Contact [email protected] with your order number so we can provide return instructions. Refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge and are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
